Who We Are

This website is operated by an independent marketing company under the name Lake Forest Pro Plumbing. It is a call-routing service that connects people with independent plumbing professionals. It is not a plumbing contractor. You can reach us at contact@proplumbinglakeforest.com.

Information We Handle

Phone calls. When you call, we receive your phone number and whatever you tell the dispatcher, such as your address and the problem. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and compliance, and you will be told at the start of a call where the law requires it.

Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider receives standard server information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This site has no forms, no accounts, and no sign-in.

Third-party services. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and may show Google Maps embeds. Those providers receive your IP address and may set cookies under their own policies. We do not set advertising cookies ourselves.

How We Use and Share It

We use the information to connect your call with a provider, to answer your questions, to check the quality of the service, to meet legal obligations, and to keep the site working.

We share call details with the independent service provider who handles your request, since that is how the service works. We also use vendors for hosting and call handling who process information on our behalf. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

We keep information only as long as needed for these purposes or as the law requires.

Your Choices and California Rights

California residents have rights under state privacy law, including the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used, to request deletion or correction, and to limit certain uses and sharing. To make a request, email contact@proplumbinglakeforest.com from the address you want us to look up, and tell us what you are asking for. We may need to confirm your identity before acting.

We will not treat you differently for making a request. You can also tell a dispatcher at the start of a call if you do not want the call recorded, and we will tell you what that means for the service.

Children, Security, and Changes

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
